Shipping Policy

Important: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel.

 

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

CHARGEBACKS and/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are NOT responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return or Exchange: Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached. We offer a full refund for returns within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges for a different size or style are available, but are subject to stock availability. Feel free to email contact our customer service team to receive clarity if these instructions are not clear.
